When your request is processed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, smoking logs, goals, progress records, and other account-related data, unless retention is required by law.
Certain limited data may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or financial recordkeeping.
Where retention is required, such data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes and then securely deleted.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
