Delete your Morph Jam data

You can permanently delete a guest profile or linked account directly inside the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Morph Jam and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete My Data as a guest or Delete Account when signed in.
  4. Review the progress and items listed on the confirmation screen, then choose Delete Permanently.
This action is permanent. There is no recovery period. If remote deletion fails, Morph Jam keeps the local data intact so you can safely try again.

What is deleted

  • Guest or linked Morph Jam account data
  • Cloud save and local progress
  • Completed levels and stars
  • Coin balance, including purchased consumable coins
  • Daily streak, gameplay settings, and lesson history
  • Account links and local authentication state

What is not deleted

  • Language preference, which remains as a device preference so the interface does not unexpectedly change language.
  • Permanent store purchases, such as No Ads, which belong to your Apple or Google store account and can be restored.
  • Records that must be retained for legal, security, transaction-integrity, or fraud-prevention obligations, where applicable.

Consumable coin purchases cannot be restored after the related coins or account data are deleted.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@novacodedynamics.com. Tell us that you need account deletion assistance. Do not send passwords, Apple/Google credentials, or payment-card information. We may ask for limited information to verify the account before processing a request.
