This Privacy Policy explains how NovaCode Dynamics Inc. (“NovaCode Dynamics,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use Morph Jam. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@novacodedynamics.com.
1. Information we handle

We do not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone content, health data, or payment-card numbers.
2. How we use information
- Provide the game, guest access, optional accounts, cloud save, support, and purchase restoration.
- Verify purchases, secure the service, prevent fraud, and diagnose faults.
- Measure game performance and improve level balance, accessibility, and retention.
- Serve and measure advertising, including personalized advertising only when applicable permissions allow it.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to valid rights requests.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of our contract to provide requested game and account features; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service; consent for personalized advertising or tracking where required; and legal obligations where applicable. You may withdraw consent through the available in-app advertising choices and device settings.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We may process information with service providers that help operate Morph Jam:
- Apple and Google for app distribution, sign-in, purchases, consent tools, and advertising services.
- GameAnalytics for game analytics.
- Railway-hosted infrastructure and our self-hosted Nakama services for accounts, cloud saves, level delivery, and purchase verification.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your jurisdiction, personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; available consent controls and device settings let you limit it.
5. Retention and security
Game account and cloud-save information is generally kept while the account or guest profile remains active and is deleted through the account-deletion flow. Purchase, security, support, and analytics records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and the documented retention practices of the relevant provider. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your choices and rights
- Play as a guest without linking a third-party sign-in provider.
- Change available ad-consent choices in Settings → Ad Choices and relevant device settings.
- Delete your guest data or account from Settings → Account. See the account-deletion guide.
- Request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where your law provides those rights.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@novacodedynamics.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
8. Children
Morph Jam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Morph Jam or its providers change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required.
