These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Morph Jam, provided by NovaCode Dynamics Inc. By downloading or using Morph Jam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Morph Jam is not directed to children under 13. You may play as a guest; linking a supported sign-in provider is optional. You are responsible for activity through your linked account and for keeping your device and provider credentials secure.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Morph Jam for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside features we expressly provide.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their payment and refund policies. We do not receive your payment-card details.
- Permanent purchases may be restored through the store account that acquired them. Consumable coin packs are not restorable after consumption.
- Prices and availability may vary by storefront, currency, tax, and region.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Morph Jam or related services, interfere with other users or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, exploit purchasing or advertising systems, automate gameplay to abuse services, distribute modified copies, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Morph Jam may use third-party app-store, sign-in, analytics, advertising, and hosting services. Their own terms and policies may apply. Advertising availability is not guaranteed. A permanent No Ads purchase disables forced interstitial advertising as described in the app but does not remove optional rewarded-ad choices.
6. Intellectual property
Morph Jam, including its code, art, audio, puzzles, level data, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by NovaCode Dynamics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, balance, add, remove, or discontinue features and content. Online features may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider failure, or circumstances outside our control. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Morph Jam is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaCode Dynamics Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless another process is required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
